Coquitlam questions.

Still have a question? Book a free call 778 900 1010

How long is the commute from Coquitlam?

The Evergreen Line connects Coquitlam to the rest of the SkyTrain, so you can reach Vancouver without a car. By car it depends on the Lougheed Highway and Highway 1.

Is Burke Mountain a good place to buy?

It is popular with families for newer homes and nature. Some schools and shops are still being built, so we will check what is planned near each home.

Are there many new homes?

Yes, from towers in the City Centre to new townhomes on Burke Mountain. Pre-sales are common here.

What should I check on an older home?

In older areas like Maillardville and Austin Heights, I look at the roof, plumbing, wiring and drainage, plus what the lot could allow in future.
