Living in Langley.
Living in Langley means farmland, wineries and the heritage charm of Fort Langley.
Why people choose Langley.
It is really two places: the City of Langley and the much larger Township around it. Willoughby and Walnut Grove are full of newer family homes and townhomes, Fort Langley has its historic village and riverside walks, and the rural areas are known for farms and wineries.

01
What is the difference between the City and the Township of Langley?
They are separate municipalities with their own councils, taxes and rules. The City is the compact centre, and the Township surrounds it, including Willoughby, Walnut Grove and Fort Langley.
02
How is the commute?
Highway 1 and the Golden Ears Bridge connect it to the region, and a SkyTrain extension from Surrey along Fraser Highway is being built.
03
Is Langley good for families?
Many families move here for newer homes, schools and space, especially in Willoughby and Walnut Grove.
04
What should I check on rural property?
Wells, septic, the Agricultural Land Reserve, zoning and what you can build. I will make sure nothing gets missed.
