What happens on the call.
A call is the easiest way to get a straight answer about your plans. When you book a call, you pick the time and how we meet: phone, video or a coffee in person. There is no cost and no obligation.
If you are buying, we talk about your budget, the areas on your list and how the market is moving there. Bring your questions about pre-approval, deposits or pre-sale contracts, and I will tell you what I really think.
If you are selling, we look at your timing and what similar homes near you have sold for. If it helps, I can follow up with a free home valuation.
Moving here from somewhere else? We go through neighbourhoods, schools and commutes, so you can narrow things down before you visit. The area guides are a good place to start.
